· Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases & job portals.
· Conducting pre-screening calls, interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
· Collaborating with team on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs
· Should have a proper understanding of engineering skills for hiring for technical roles.
2. RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop and post technical job descriptions and job specifications
· Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
· Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals.
· Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions) before submissions.
· Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
· Screen candidates resumes and job applications in a way that it results in submissions which are 75% matching with the said requirement.
· Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
· Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems or resume databases
Maintaining following KPIs
· Minimum 5 submissions in a day/110 in a month
· Achieving the target of minimum 4 qualified selections/closures in a month
Experience developing end to end data integration and reporting solutions using Azure Services and Power Platform
3-5 Years
1. ROLES:
· Preparation of drawing of elements of steel structure (sections & elevation) or pre-engineered steel structure.
· Produces detailed drawings for steel fabricators and steel erectors.
· Prepares detailed plans, drawings and other documents for the erection of steel columns, beams, trusses, etc. used in the construction of industrial plants, commercial structures.
· Preparing the assigned drawing in the given time.
· Cooperating with the team in the timely delivery of the project.
2. RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Following the compliances and the standards required for preparing the drawings, as specified by AISC.
· Consulting with the team in making any alterations.
· Reviewing the drawing sheet being prepared with the help of the Team Lead.
· Workload management in the team for proper execution of the project
1. ROLES:
· Preparing models on Tekla/Advance Steel.
· Assist in the development of structural drawings, layouts, details of the assigned project.
· Work with the team members for resolving any issue related to the fabrication of the structure/project in hand.
· Deliver the desired model within the given timeline.
2. Responsibilities:
· Visualize and infer from the drawings provided to create models and layouts.
· Follow the standards as defined by AISC.
· Coordinate and inspect the work of the detailer.
· Follow the procedures and instructions according to design specifications provided by the client.
